Saturday night I sprained my ankle by missing the last step of some stairs.

Its been four days and I can just barely put weight on it. But moving it is a different story….it hurts to move my ankle.

So I’ve been out of work since Sunday. My follow up is on Monday. I’ll be out of work for a week.
